Full turnkey delivery of 109 new build apartments, set over 2 blocks, all within the heart of Ashford town centre.
Appointed on a Construction Management basis on behalf of our repeat client, the team oversaw the delivery of this new build scheme. Utilising the Xella blockwork system, integrated into a traditional build of prestressed planks and structural steels, with 92 pre-manufactured balcones. The team also oversaw the installation of a new sub - station with full fit out of all apartments.
