A spectacular Commercial/Heritage conversion of a 200 year old warehouse in the Docklands area of East London.
Ernest Park successfully delivered two phases of this unique conversion. Phase one was the full fit out of a previously converted warehouse, to create a contemporary styled finish internally whilst still maintaining the beautifully created heritage feel of this unique development.
On Phase two, the team carefully and meticulously carried out the structural remodelling of this Grade II listed space, installing a new roof, roof light, curtain walling, windows, new staircases and also adding a 17m canopy which straddles the old warehouse and the build.
