The EP team were initially appointed on a Pre Construction Services agreement, to work closely alongside the Design Team, Client and Interior Designer to deliver a coordinated design in order to bring this development to site. Upon completion of the PCSA, EP were awarded the full fit out and delivery of this Super Prime apartment.
